Please find below the various payment categories for PSME General Santos City Chapter for your information and guidance.

CATEGORY 1

Mechanical Engineers who had practiced more than three(3) years and wanted to be a member of PSME General Santos City Chapter, in order to obtain a Certificate of Good Standing (COGS).

Schedule of Fees:

1. Entrance Fee--------------------------------------------P250.00 (one time payment)
2. Annual dues (National)--------------------------------P2,250.00 (dues for past 3 years)
3. M.E Journal Subscription------------------------------P200.00 (yearly payment)
4. Annual dues (Chapter)--------------------------------P1,800.00 (dues for past 3 years)

                                                                            Total   = P4,500.00

Requirements:

1. Submit photo copy of PRC Licence I.D.
2. Fill - up 2 sets – Application for Membership form (National)
3. Submit 2 pcs. Passport size I.D. pictures
4. Fill - up 1 set – Member Information Form (Chapter)
5. Fill - up 2 sets – Database Form (National)      

CATEGORY 2

Mechanical Engineers who are new board passers.

Schedule of Fees:

1. Entrance Fee----------------------------------------------P250.00 (one time payment)
2. Annual dues (National)----------------------------------P750.00 (yearly basis)
3. M.E Journal Subscription--------------------------------P200.00 (yearly basis)
4. Annual dues (Chapter)----------------------------------P600.00 (yearly basis)

                                                                              Total   = P1,800.00

Requirements:

1. Submit photo copy of PRC Licence I.D
2. Fill - up 2 sets – Application for Membership Form (National)
3. Submit 2 pcs. Passport size pictures
4. Fill - up 1 set – Member Information Form (Chapter)
5. Fill - up 2 sets – Database Form (National)      

CATEGORY 3

Mechanical Engineers who are active members of PSME General Santos City Chapter.

 Schedule of Fees:

1. Entrance Fee--------------------------------------------P0.00
2. Annual dues (National)--------------------------------P750.00 (yearly basis)
3. M.E Journal Subscription----------------------------- P200.00 (yearly basis)
4. Annual dues (Chapter)--------------------------------P600.00 (yearly basis)

Mechanical Engineers who are LIFE MEMBERS and an active member of PSME General Santos City Chapter.

3. M.E Journal Subscription-------------------------------P200.00 (yearly basis)
4. Annual dues (Chapter)----------------------------------P600.00 (yearly basis)
